Property layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further images made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
